Steve M. Soltis concentrates his law practice in the areas of probate, estate planning, business law, and both residential and commercial real estate.
In addition to his significant probate court litigation and business litigation practice, Steve represents numerous clients before various local, state, and federal administrative agencies.
Some of the more important cases in Steve's career include Wallick v. Philadelphia Life Insurance Co. (1996), Olympia Holding Corp. v. N. Wasserstrom & Sons, Inc. (1995), and Merrick v. Merrick (1993).
Steve is a member of the Columbus Bar Association and has served on both the Business Law Committee (1985-1986) and the Probate Committee (1986-1997).
Steve earned both his bachelor's degree and his law degree from West Virginia University (B.S., 1962; J.D., 1967).
