George is a member of the corporate and business practice group at Isaac, Brant, Ledman & Teetor, LLP. He represents individuals, businesses, and political subdivisions in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate, bankruptcy, and estate planning. George serves as counsel to a wide variety of business ranging from single member limited liability companies to large non-profit corporations.
Clients are always encouraged by George’s practical approach to solving business problems. His entrepreneurial experiences along with his legal expertise help him provide sound business planning to his clients.
Prior to joining the firm, George served as a legal intern for the Seventh District Court of Appeals. He also served as a legal extern for the late Honorable John M. Manos of the United States District Court of the Northern District of Ohio. George was a member of the University of Dayton Juvenile Legal Clinic where he defended indigent juveniles facing misdemeanor charges. He also supervised the University of Dayton School of Law Voluntary Income Tax Assistance (VITA) clinic.
George is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law (2007) where he received the CALI Award for Excellence in Legislation. He is also a graduate of the Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University (2004) earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
George is very active in the Columbus community. He serves as President of the Hellenic Bar Association of Columbus, as well as the Vice President of the Columbus chapter of the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association (AHEPA). He also serves as general counsel for several charitable organizations including the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Columbus, the Greek Olympic Society of Columbus, and the National Hellenic Student Association.
George comes from a family of attorneys; his father serves as a United States Magistrate Judge in the Northern District of Ohio and his sister and brother are attorneys as well.
