Dennis R. Newman focuses his practice on both family-owned businesses and national corporations, especially businesses that engage in direct selling. These cases often include litigation of compliance issues involving state employment taxes, wage issues, and other matters involved with the use of multi-state sales forces.
Dennis also practices in real estate and probate law for both individuals and their businesses. He works with clients in the negotiation of sales and purchases of business enterprises and real estate, and provides services and advice involving the planning and probate of estates.
Dennis earned his bachelor's degree from Ohio Wesleyan University (B.A., 1965) and his law degree from The Ohio State University (J.D., 1968).
